“This feels like a practice for our times…” feels spot on to me. We are all craving more connection and intimacy, the kind we’ve lost from our more communal origins. (We feel this as parents again too.) I’ll be curious to hear if this is something you stick with and/or how we might find this kind of connection in an ongoing way.
Thanks Derek! The groups seem infrequent so I'm also wondering how to regularly return to something like this. I'm going to do some reading and report back. I imagine there are exercises for couples or small groups of friends too.
